Nardone was engaged by Tocci to do a complete demo and design-build of a new core and shell for future lab tenants. This consisted of a 4000amp 277/480V service, brand new fire alarm system, eye-catching lobby and rooftop conference center. Exterior lighting enhances the South Boston waterfront which was helpful in attracting high profile tenants.
