Nardone is often called upon to work on the complicated and precise needs of prominent and historic buildings. This job started pre-construction to carefully remove and prepare for storage the antique lighting fixtures. Nardone then continued on to a complete re-wiring of this once single occupant 1871 mansion into six luxury residential units. This was challenging to work around the existing woodwork and an impressive stain glass lobby ceiling.
