Working with longtime general contractor Metric Construction, Nardone was hired to wire this historic renovation of a landmark church into 33 luxury condominium units. This had a unique underground garage with a stacking parking system, diesel Kohler generator on the roof, and an extensive electrical service, fire alarm system, lighting & lighting controls.
