Nardone was fortunate enough to be selected by Shawmut Design and Construction for the electrical scope of this historical renovation. This entailed running a 1400ft underground service from the utility to the basement electric room. Nardone also provided custom lighting and controls, fire alarm system, rewired existing vintage fixtures.
