Nardone was selected by Eugene Sullivan and developer GFI Partners to provide their services for the renovation of the existing four story building to convert to a behavioral care facility. Nardone provided an all new electrical distribution, fire alarm system, lighting and controls, tele-data, and reconditioned the generator and life safety system.
